Angel
Salad has been part of every Thanksgiving and many major family
functions for as long as I can remember. Angel Salad is delicious
and always one of the first items to run out. I've seen other Angel
Salad Recipes that call for Cool Whip and/or Cream Cheese but they
are not as light and delicious as this. It's in big typeface for

Angel
Salad Ingredients:

|

pint |
Heavy
Whipping Cream |
|
|
2
cups |
Bananas
- Sliced |
|
|
1
#2 can |
Crushed
Pineapple - Drained |
|
|
1
1/2 cups |
Pecan
pieces - small or diced |
|
|
2
cups |
Miniature
Marshmellows |
|
|
1
teaspoon |
Vanilla
Extract |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Directions: |
|
|
|
Whip
the whipping cream. Add a little sugar while doing so to keep butter
from formning. |
|
|
Fold
in each of the other ingredients into the whipped cream. Do not
overwork the cream. |
|
|
Chill
the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. |
