Pasta
Salad can be a side dish or an entire meal. This Pasta Salad
recipe has been passed around and it came to me from Debbie
Batson. People just love it because it has a great taste and
is moist.

16
oz bag of Elbow Macaroni |
|
|
1
cup of chopped carrots |
|
|
1
cup of chopped celery |
|
|
1/2
cup of chopped green pepper |
|
|
1/2
cup of chopped red pepper |
|
|
1/2
cup of chopped yellow pepper |
|
|
6
hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped |
|
|
1/2
jar pickle relish including juice |
|
|

|
Prepare
the Macaroni per package directions. Then drain. |
|
|
Mix
together the ingredients listed above (including the Macaroni). |
|
|
Season
with salt, pepper and mayonaise to suit your taste. |
|
