Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
10-12 small yellow squash.
1 large onion (white or 1015)
American Cheese (1 package of singles or a 3" cube)
2 hamburger buns (or any White Bread) crumbed
2 egg

Actions:
Grate the cheese
Chop the squash
Slice the onion
Boil squash and onion in salted water until just tender
(about 15-20 minutes).
Drain well.
Mash the squash and onions.
Add 2/3 of the bread crumbs as well as all the grated
cheese and eggs.
Mix well.
Pour into a casserole dish and cover with more bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees until it gets bubbly.
You can dot the top with butter if you like. |
