Millionaire Candy Recipe

This Millionaire Candy Recipe makes delicious cholocate, caramel candies. Great any time of year but especially during the holidays. Millionaire candies are always welcome! |

42 Kraft Caramels
3 tablespoons of evaporated milk
2 cups of pecan chunks
6-8 regular Hershey Milk Chocolate Bars
1/3 bar of paraffin

- Melt camels and evaporated milk in microwave. It should take about 2 minutes depending on your microwave. Stir and continue in the
microwave until melted. Caution: The caramels will burn on the edges if over
nuked.

- When melted, add pecans. Drop the carmel/milk/pecan mixture onto well buttered wax paper a teaspoon full at a time. Let the pieces set until they are
firm. Using PAM instead of butter may give bad
results.

- Melt chocolate bars and paraffin in a double boiler. If you do not have
a double boiler. use a skillet with water in it and a heavy pot sitting in
the water. Be sure to add the paraffin in small pieces..

- Dip the caramel/milk/pecan pieces in the melted chocolate.

|
|
