Mexican Corn Dip
1 can Corn with green & red peppers, drained - (12 oz. can)
3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup onion chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can chopped green chilies - (4 oz. can)
1 dash picante sauce
ground cumin to taste
Combine all ingredients. Serve with Nacho chips.
