Crust:
1 cup graham
cracker crumbs
1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter - melted
Combine ingredients. Press into spring-form pan.
Do not bake.
Filling:
3 - 8 oz packages
cream cheese, room temperature
4 eggs
1-1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Soften cheese. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well
after each. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour over crust.
Bake approximately 50 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Cool 15 minutes.
Topping:
1 pint sour cream
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
sprinkle of pecans
Mix well. Pour over cake. Sprinkle with pecan
pieces. Bake 10 minutes. Cool uncovered in refrigerator.
