Salmon Recipe

Great
Grilled Salmon is just delicious. Grilled Salmon is fast and
easy to make. This recipe uses Dale's Cooking Sauce which is from
the southeastern U.S. It is a great marinade for fish, chicken and
beef that is usually found in the section with the bar-b-que sauce
in stores. |

lbs Salmon fillet |

1/2
cup Dale's Cooking Sauce |
|
|
1
teaspoon mixed of Dill, Basil and Rosemary |
|
|

|
Marinate
the Salmon in the Dale's Cooking Sauce on a platter or in a plastic
bag for about 30 minutes. |
|
|
Preheat
grill to high heat (450-500 F.). Leave on high setting. |
|
|
Sear
Salmon (not the skin side) for 5 minutes. Flame should not contact
Salmon. |
|
|
Turn
Salmon and cook for 10 more minutes. (If Salmon is greater than
1" thick, add 5 minutes for each additional 1/2") |
|
|
Remove
and serve. |
