cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
1 cup oil
4 eggs

3
cups grated carrots
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nuts |

Sift
dry ingredients
Add oil to dry ingredients and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add carrots.
Add nuts.

Pour
into 2 9" pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes. |

1 8 ounce package cream cheese (room temperature)
2 teaspoons vanilla
