If you are looking for a good Carrot Cake, make this one. 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons soda 1 cup oil 4 eggs 3 cups grated carrots 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup nuts Sift dry ingredients Add oil to dry ingredients and mix well.
