Cream
Puffs Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2
cup butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
4 eggs, unbeaten
|
Procedure:
|
Heat
the butter and water.
|
When
the mixture is boiling, add the all the flour at once.
|
Stir
vigorously until the mixture no longer sticks to the sides
of the pan.
|
Remove
the mixture from the heat and cool slightly.
|
Add
the eggs, one at a time, beating the mixture after each
addition.
|
Drop
the mixture by heaping teaspoons about 2" apart on
a well-greased cookie sheet.
|
Bake
in a very hot oven (450 degrees) for 20 minutes.
|
Reduce
heat to 325 degrees and bake for 20 minutes more.
|
Remove
from baking sheet and cool.
|
When
ready to serve, cut open on one side and fill with whipped
cream or other filling.
